Shipping, refund & Return policies

We believe in our product and value the happiness of our fans and customers.

Please email us if you are not happy with any of our products and we will be glad to exceed your expectations. We are reasonable people and will try our best to work something out.  If you are not completely happy with your new ordered product from our online store, please send it back to us within 7 days for a full refund.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help however we will not accept exchange request. All the cost caused by the returning shall be borne by the buyer.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for the risk of the returned item.
  • All the cost caused by the returning shall be borne by the buyer.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.

Some situations when the seller can’t refund (if applicable):

  1. Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
  2. The packing box is opened/damaged will not be accepted for return.
  3. The parcel lost in the returned shipping, and the seller never receives the returned parcel.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or you have to pay for the return shipping fee in advance.

No Refunds

You will not receive refunds if; You did not receive your orders due to factors caused by you or factors beyond allbelowfive.com control, like:

  1. Wrong shipping address
  2. Not cleared by your local custom
  3. A natural disaster which led to the delay

All packages sent through a reputable courier service provider and will come with a tracking number. The package can be trackable through 17track.net. We will not be responsible packages sent lost, stolen, stuck in the transit or redelivering cost thus no refunds will be available.
